Schools
DMV Chess provides organized, welcoming chess programs for schools. We supply the instructors, equipment, lessons, and administrative support needed to run a successful school chess club.
Each club meeting begins with a structured chess lesson taught by an experienced coach. Students then play supervised practice games where they can apply what they learned, ask questions, and receive individual guidance.
Beginners learn the rules and fundamental ideas of chess, while more experienced students receive instruction appropriate for their level. Our goal is for every student to learn something new while enjoying the game.
